He has always been involved in strategies, regulation and analysis of the manufacturing sector since he was Prometeia General Manager. His deep knowledge of the Italian agri-food sector led him to provide an intense consultancy activity to Ismea, to some economic bodies and to European Community. He has been a consultant for some important PDO & PGI protection consortia and for agricultural consortia. He was, and still is, Team Coordinator & Project Manager of some relevant supply chain projects for the launch and / or enhancement of agricultural and food products. He’s been chairman of Area Group for over 15 years, and he’s now chairman of Ettore Fieramosca. He is one of the founders of the company ISFE (Italian strategies for entrepreneurship) which promoted the Memorandum between the Argentine Government and Confindustria for the development of Italo-Argentine entrepreneurial initiatives.

Economist with MBA, he has over 20 years of experience in Marketing Design and Communication through leading companies. He has ranged between all market sectors, holding positions of Director, General Manager and Board Director and carrying out Training and Consulting activities for leading organizations. He played a role in the success of start-ups in Italy and abroad, often by designing and managing them. He is a founding partner of Ettore Fieramosca, where he manages the areas relating to innovation, marketing and Consumer Goods.
Agronomist specialized in the economic-estimation field, he has always carried out his professional career on behalf of public bodies and for private companies operating in the agricultural and agro-industrial sector, with particular attention to real estate valuations, investments in agriculture and access to credit. He was researcher at the Institute of Appraisal of the Bari agriculture University , Manager of the land sector of ISMEA, Manager at SGFA – a fund management company. Currently he is Senior Consultant of Ettore Fieramosca SrL and National Chiarman of E-Valuations Institute of Estimation and Evaluations, one of the major Italian networks of independent real estate appraisers. E- Valuations is also the professional association made up of academics and professional experts to promote the specialist figure of the independent appraiser, who is able to apply unique and scientific estimation criteria, in compliance with International Valuation Standards, European Valuations Standards and national operational standards.
Economist specialized in agribusiness and rural economics, he mainly conducts international professional activities. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) according to the procedure of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). Academic background: graduated in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Bologna, he obtained a Master’s in Economics from Washington State University (USA) and a PhD in Territorial Economics at the University of Padua, then he specialized in Business Management School of the Bocconi University of Milan. He is a member of national and international scientific companies and organizations including: APCO (Professional Association of Business Organization Consultants), the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association (IFAMA); GFAR global forum of agricultural research (FAO); Business @ Biodiversity of the European Commission DG environment; National Academy of Agriculture. He is the author of 150 publications in Italy and abroad. Due to this activity, he has achieved several international awards. Institutional roles: president of the Italian poultry association ASSOAVI; president of the Italian Dry Fodder Association AIFE; Since 2008 member of the Copa-Cogeca (Brussels) working group and of the European Commission’s civil dialogue committee for the poultry sector. My career as a financial analyst began in 2001 and covers all areas of economic-financial analysis, modeling and planning applied both to public-private partnership operations and business activities.
The consulting activity addressed to companies ranges from the drafting of business plans to strategic consultancy and budgeting, to the search for industrial and financial partners, assistance and support for negotiation with credit institutions, search for new lenders, evaluations of ‘company.
I assist the Public Administration or private company during the development of public-private partnership operations, drafting of pre-feasibility and financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit and value for money analysis, preparing economic-financial plans, assisting in the certification and research of the lending credit institutions up to the financial closing. The activity includes, where required, the project management of multidisciplinary workgroups set up for the implementation of complex operations.
Stanislao Lepri is an expert in programming European funds and in agribusiness development strategies. After a first assignment at the Ministry of Agriculture, he worked in the DG Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission from 2006 to 2010. Graduated in agricultural sciences, he obtained a master’s degree in development policies at the Tor Vergata University. Since 2010, he is a consultant of Ismea for rural development policies and since September 2018 he is a senior consultant of Idea Agro, the first private equity fund for the agricultural sector in Italy. He also collaborated with Agriconsulting s.p.a, providing consulting to the public administration. He is a member of the order of agronomists of Rome and runs the family farm. Married with two children, Stanislao is fluent in English.

He has been working as a business consultant for twenty years, mainly in the field of corporate and public finance, with a particular focus on innovation, Industry 4.0, research and development, accompanying along this path several innovative companies and start-ups.

Graduated in economics and finance from the University of Bologna, she has over ten years of experience in business consulting, working in multidisciplinary teams.
She is specialized in corporate positioning and strategy development, market analysis, economic and financial planning, management control and company evaluation.
During her career she worked with several companies in different industries, including agri-food, ceramics, waste, Oil & Gas and biomedical.
Maria Giovanna De Gennaro has many years of experience in the management consulting sector, in structured contexts, both public and private. She has worked specifically in the large-scale distribution, food industry, automotive and services sectors. She is specialized in marketing analysis, pre-investment investigations and brand positioning. She has been a freelancer dealing with marketing analysis and business coaching. As a senior advisor, she coordinates the analysis team of Ettore Fieramosca.
After graduating as an agriculturist, he worked on the family farm and for several important agri-food production companies in the Marche region, notably in the wine and livestock sectors. Once graduated in agricultural science and technology, he worked in market analysis, at the Institute of Services for the Agricultural and Food Market ( Ismea) with a particular focus on fruit, vegetable and cereal sectors. During that time, he also provided technical support activities to MIPAAF in the implementation of the risk management measures of the National Rural Development Program (PSRN). He is also an expert in the olive-oil supply chain and as a consultant he is part of the analysis team of Ettore Fieramosca.
Once graduated in Agricultural Science and Technology from the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, he holds a PhD in engineering of agricultural and forestry systems which gave him the chance to working on projects concerning the recovery of agricultural residues for energy purposes.
After his academic experience, he worked as a market analyst at the Institute of Services for the Agricultural and Food Market (ISMEA) in Rome, with a focus on the livestock sector; here he also provided technical support activities to MIPAAF in the implementation of the risk management measures of the National Rural Development Program (PSRN). He is enrolled in the register of Agronomists and Foresters of Rome, and recently qualified at the Ethical and Environmental Certification Institute (ICEA) to exercise the function of Control Inspector in Organic Agriculture. As a consultant he is part of Ettore Fieramosca’s analysis team.
Once graduated in Medical Biotechnology at the University of Siena, she decides to improve her managerial and organizational skills through a Master in Management of the Healthcare, Pharma and Biomed Sector in Rome.
She has gained experience in Management Consulting in Eurogroup where she has dealt with Nutraceuticals and Pharma and Nutrition integration.
