Acquisition, by the Idea Agro Fund, of 45% of the agricultural company Tarulli S.r.l. which, with 156 hectares cultivated, operates in the production of organic and biodynamic table grapes, with direct marketing, through the Tarulli PO, on foreign markets.
The equity investment was €9.2 million, in addition to a €5 million loan.
The fund’s intervention aims to support the company in consolidating European leadership in the seedless grape segment grown organically or biodynamically and in expanding its production capacity.
Ettore Fieramosca played the role of advisor to the project and currently provides managerial consulting and supervision of the business progress, also through the appointment of a board member.
